This site is operated by Invenia Systems, 53/1 Ichapur Road, Kadamtala, Howrah 711101, West Bengal, India. Using the site means you accept what follows. If you do not, please do not use it.

The site describes what we design, build, supply and commission, so that you can judge whether to talk to us. It is published in good faith and we keep it current, but it is information rather than a contractual promise.

Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance. Product descriptions, capabilities, ratings, photographs and lead times are indicative, equipment and specifications change, and the binding description of anything we supply is the one in our written quotation or order acknowledgement for it.

Sending us a message through the site starts a conversation; it does not place an order and it does not commit either of us. Orders are confirmed in writing, and are then subject to the commercial terms agreed for them.

The text, photographs, drawings, diagrams, page designs and software on this site belong to Invenia Systems or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright. The INVENIA SYSTEMS and SENTIENT names, logos and wordmarks are ours.

You are welcome to read the site, print pages for your own reference and share links to it. Republishing our material, using it commercially, or using our names or marks in a way that suggests a connection or an endorsement that does not exist, needs our permission in writing first.

Manufacturer names, product names and logos shown on this site — including those of principals whose equipment we are authorised to integrate or supply — belong to their respective owners. We show them to identify equipment we work with and to evidence authorisations we actually hold. Their appearance does not imply that those companies endorse this website.

The pages about SENTIENT describe a product we license separately. Access to the software, what it may be used for, support and any warranty are set by that licence agreement, not by these terms.

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the server behind it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send anything unlawful or abusive.

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice.

Where we link to another site — a manufacturer, a certification body, an app store — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on the general information published here. Engineering decisions should rest on a specification agreed for your plant, not on a web page. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may revise these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Howrah, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
