PLC systems,specified to commissioned
We size and supply the controller, write the logic, build the panel it sits in, and stay on site until the plant runs on it. Multi-brand, so the choice is driven by your process and your spares holding — not by what we happen to sell.

What this covers
Sizing and architecture
I/O count, scan time, memory headroom, redundancy and network topology worked out against your process. Remote I/O where the cable run justifies it, local where it does not. We will tell you when a smaller controller will do the job.
Logic development
Ladder, function block and structured text, written to be read by whoever maintains it after us — commented, consistently tagged, modular by equipment rather than one long routine, and handed over with the source and the project archive.
Safety and interlocks
Hardwired trips and safety relays where the risk assessment calls for them, safety-rated I/O where it is warranted, and interlock logic documented so an operator can see why the plant stopped.
Panel build and FAT
The controller arrives in a panel built in our own works — wired, ferruled, labelled and powered up — and tested against the I/O list in front of you before it leaves.
I/O and loop checking
Every point verified field-to-screen: instrument, cable, terminal, card, tag, screen. Signed off on a schedule you keep, so a disputed reading later has a record behind it.
Commissioning and SAT
Our own engineers on site through start-up, including the night shifts when a changeover has to fit inside a shutdown window. Site acceptance run against the same list the FAT used.
Operator handover
Operators and maintenance staff trained on the running plant before we leave — alarms, manual overrides, and what to do when a card fails.
Support, spares and AMC
Fault-finding, program modification and annual maintenance on systems we built and on systems we inherited — including ones whose original supplier is no longer around and whose program was never documented.
Brands we work on
Siemens · Allen-Bradley · Mitsubishi Electric · Beckhoff · ABB · Delta · Schneider · Phoenix Contact · GIC
Also supported
Systems originally supplied by others, including undocumented programs and obsolete hardware
Sectors
Steel and ferro alloys · refineries and oil · coal washeries and mines · material handling · process and food plants · hydro power
Platforms we work on
We are not tied to one vendor. The right controller is the one your maintenance team can get spares for.
Siemens
S7-1200, S7-1500 and legacy S7-300/400. TIA Portal and Step 7, with Profinet and Profibus I/O.
Allen-Bradley
CompactLogix, ControlLogix and legacy SLC/MicroLogix. Studio 5000 over EtherNet/IP.
Phoenix Contact
PLCnext and Inline I/O. We are an authorised system integrator for Phoenix Contact.
Delta
DVP and AS series, commonly paired with Delta HMIs and drives where cost per point matters.
Schneider
Modicon M340 and M580, with EcoStruxure Control Expert, over Modbus TCP and Ethernet I/P.
Mitsubishi Electric
MELSEC FX and iQ-R/iQ-F, with GX Works — common on packaged machines and OEM lines.
Beckhoff
PC-based control with TwinCAT and EtherCAT I/O, where motion and control belong on one runtime.
ABB
AC500 controllers and ABB drives, over Profinet and Modbus TCP.
GIC
Compact controllers, timers and process instruments for smaller machine-level applications.

Running on something obsolete?
Most of what we are called in for is an existing plant — a control system nobody can buy parts for any more.
- Siemens S7-300 / S7-400S7-1500 on Profinet, logic ported and re-tested
- Allen-Bradley SLC 500 / PLC-5CompactLogix or ControlLogix over EtherNet/IP
- Relay and timer logicA documented PLC program with the interlocks made explicit
- Obsolete proprietary controllersA mainstream platform your local suppliers keep in stock
- Undocumented inherited programsReverse-engineered, commented and re-issued as drawings
How a job runs
Design, build and commissioning are all ours, so there is no gap between the drawing, the panel and the engineer on site.
- 01
Survey and functional design
We walk the plant, read the existing drawings where they exist, and agree a functional design specification before anything is bought.
- 02
Detailed engineering
I/O schedule, panel GA and wiring drawings, network architecture and bill of materials, all issued for your approval before the build starts.
- 03
Panel manufacture
Built in our own works, so the schedule is ours to hold.
- 04
Factory acceptance test
Simulated I/O, logic exercised, alarms proven. Snags fixed in the works, where fixing them is cheap.
- 05
Installation and loop check
Erection, termination and point-by-point verification on site by our own engineers.
- 06
Commissioning and handover
Live running, operator training, as-built drawings and the program archive — then AMC if you want it.
What you get at handover
Documentation is part of the job. You should be able to maintain the system yourself, and call us because you want to.
- Functional design specification
- I/O schedule and instrument index
- Panel general arrangement and wiring drawings
- Network architecture drawing
- PLC program source, commented, with the project archive
- FAT and SAT records, signed
- Loop check schedules
- Operation and maintenance manual
- Spares list with part numbers
- Operator and maintenance training
