We decide how the information described here is used, which under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 makes us the Data Fiduciary, and under the GDPR the Data Controller.

The contact form asks for your name, email address and a message, and optionally your phone number, company, the services you are interested in and an indicative budget. Everything in it is voluntary and it is the only place on the site where we ask you for anything.

We use those details to answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation if you have asked for one, and to keep a record of the conversation for as long as we have a live commercial relationship. We do not sell them, rent them, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

The site keeps a few small values in your browser so that it behaves the way you left it. None of them identify you and none of them are sent anywhere:

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read and roughly where they arrive from. It runs under Google Consent Mode v2 and every storage category starts denied, so no analytics cookie is written and no measurement is collected until you press Accept on the cookie banner. Decline, or simply ignore the banner, and the site works exactly the same.

If you do accept, Google sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<id>, which last two years, and receives your truncated IP address, your approximate location from it, the pages you view and basic device information. We have not enabled advertising features, and Google's own handling is described in its privacy policy.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the settings dialog, or by clearing the site's data in your browser.

Two parts of the site load content from Google, which means Google sees your IP address and browser details when they load:

Our web server records the usual request information — IP address, time, page requested, browser and referring page — which is what lets us diagnose faults and spot abuse. These logs are kept on our own server, are not combined with anything else, and are rotated within a short period.

Enquiries reach our own staff in Howrah and nobody else. The site is hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. If you accept analytics, that data is processed by Google, which may store it outside India.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or withdraw a consent you gave — including the analytics consent, which you can withdraw in your browser at any moment without telling us. Write to info@inveniasystems.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in India and you are not satisfied with our answer, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

This is a business-to-business site. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

If we change how any of this works we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Material changes will be noted on the page itself rather than made quietly.
